We absolutely love Guatemalan coffee. Other roasters have fancy flavor notes, but to us it is what folks want when they ask for great premium coffee that does not taste commercial. It handles a dark roast well without losing the personality found in the medium roast. Both profiles work and you will find that putting the mug down is hard to do! More than once I’ve found myself drinking “air” at work without realizing the mug is empty! This coffee in the Full Send profile goes great with drink recipes.
There is no universal standard for light, medium, or dark roast. This varies from one coffee company to the next.
